With over a decade of experience in event production, team leadership, and project management — primarily within social justice organizations, hospitality and nonprofit sectors — I bring a unique blend of operational expertise, ethical strategy, and social justice advocacy to everything I do.

 

As a consultant, I support values-driven individuals and organizations to align their offerings, operations, and leadership with their stated goals and ethical commitments. Using political education and strategic guidance, I help identify systemic blind spots, navigate contradictions, and co-create pathways toward integrity, impact, and sustainability.

My background in social justice, community organizing, and research informs every aspect of my work. I’m committed to reshaping responses to harm and injustice — advocating for healing, accountability, and equity through both theory and practice. This work has included roles in nonprofits, hospitality leadership, and academic research, all grounded in an intersectional lens and a deep commitment to community.
